Something Healthy!

For tonight’s dessert, I decided to make a fruit smoothie with my new blender!  First I added a whole tray of small ice cubes, 4 scoops of vanilla light yogurt (regular spoon fulls), and 3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream.  Then I added a whole fresh banana, 2 spoon scoops of frozen blueberries, 4 frozen peaches, 2 spoon scoops of strawberries, and 1 spoon scoop of mango’s. Finally to top it all off, I poured 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of strawberry and banana light V8 Splash juice into the blender.  I mixed it for a couple minutes and it was delicious!! I highly recommend trying it! 🙂

I thought this area would be best for me because I love being around little kids and I have always wanted to teach in a higher grade level in the elementary field (4th or 5th grade).
